So, Command and Conquer 3 is here and what a game it is. It’s based around the orginial C&C games so the infamous Kane the ruler of the Nod returns. Simply put this game looks great, the graphics are top notch, the performance is also very good. The mininum requirements are also pretty low only requiring a ATI Radeon 8500 and Gf4 ti4200 which are both dx8 videocards to run it.
It has also been awhile since I saw FMV(Full motion videos) in a videogame. There are also some good actors that play the roles, problem is that when you see them act you can’t really see them as anything else except their most famouse roles.
The game offers a variety of good units and has a good blend of old and new from the series. For example, instead of making builderunits you just build from the command center and then place

I went to a store today to get C&C3 or God of War II but neither of them had arrived. While that sucked at least I got a chance to test out the Playstation 3 while I was there. I played Motorcross and sucked bad it. The graphics were crisp but it seemed to have poor antialising, either that or the TV was set at ultra sharpness.

Speaking of God of War II, when I was buying FFXII at the counter, I noticed a GoWII demo so I took a copy and damn, I WANT THIS GAME!

As great as the first game was I forsee this one being even better. Starting the game off with fighting a gigantic stone statue, mmmm yes please, I highly reccomend it.

It’s official, yesterday night i finished my last workday at 10-11. Although it isn’t the worst workplace I’ve worked at, it was still driving me crazy. Now I have about two weeks of downtime before I move back to my hometown. I don’t know how long I will be there but probably only a couple of months, I’m doing this to get more money so I can safe up for DO next year and other stuff. I might actually consider buying a PC/laptop just for DO if I can gather up enough money that is.

Soo.. 15 days since last update.. I can sum up in one word what I’ve been doing gamewise. Crackdown!

I have almost finished it, Reached maximum in all abilities except firearms. I love this game, although It’s running short on things to do now, It can still be fun just jumping in for some mayhem from time to time or climbing some buildings. The section I have been missing most out on in the game is the co-op. I am in need of someone to play with, any of the very few people that visit the site want to come kick my ass with a rocket launcher in Crackdown? :p

Haven’t really been playing any other games uplate, did get Worms and TMNT Arcade for Xbox live arcade though. They are pretty neat. TMNT Arcade is very hard and It’s been too long since i played it so I got my ass handed to me, It was diffrent from what I had expected. Personally I would have liked to see TMNT4: Turtles in Time SNES ported to xbla. It’s definatly the best TMNT I have played. Not that TMNT2 for NES was bad which is what the arcade port has most incommon with. I played that game more times than I can count back in the day as many other NES classics.

Gotta say this game just seems to be getting more pretty each time I see it. Crysis is gonna rock, no question about it. IF not only for it’s sheer beauty.

In all seriousness, I’ve got Crackdown at last. I’ve only had a chance to play a little bit so far.

As i had expected work became my home the past few days. On Wednesday there was an Inventory, so i worked from 8am till 2am, so about 18 hours straight. And if that wasn’t bad enough i woke up four hours later the next morning at 8am to work another 8 hour shift. I can safely say it left me completly exhausted mentally and physicily. I got through friday somehow and I’m gonna spend this weekend recouprating.

So that means plently of VG vitamins for me this weekend to get my strength back, it’s side effects include sleeplessness, intensive staring at screen and sore thumbs..but hey i need/deserve it.
